Current Plan

View your current subscription:

Navigate to Settings → Billing.

See your current plan, features, and renewal date.

Upgrading

To upgrade your plan:

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings → Billing.

Choose Plan

Select Pro or Business from the available plans.

Choose Billing Cycle

Monthly or annual (save ~17% with annual).

Enter Payment

Provide payment details.

Confirm

Review and confirm your subscription.

Your upgrade takes effect immediately, and you gain access to all new features.

Payment Methods

Rentigo accepts:

  • Credit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Debit Cards — Linked to your bank account
  • SEPA Direct Debit — EU bank accounts

Updating Payment Method

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings → Billing.

Click Update

Click Update Payment Method.

Enter New Details

Provide new card or bank details.

Save

Save the new payment method.

Invoices

Access your billing history:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Invoices
  3. View or download past invoices

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime:

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings → Billing.

Click Cancel

Click Cancel Subscription.

Confirm

Confirm the cancellation and provide optional feedback.

After Cancellation

  • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • You're downgraded to Free (2 property limit)
  • Data is preserved but Pro features are disabled
  • You can resubscribe anytime to restore access

If you have more than 2 properties, you'll be asked to archive extras when downgrading. Archived properties retain their data but aren't accessible until you upgrade again.

Refunds

  • Monthly plans — No refunds for partial months
  • Annual plans — Prorated refund available within first 30 days
  • Contact support — For billing issues or special circumstances

Currency

Subscriptions are billed in:

  • VAT is added for EU customers where applicable
