1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rentigo (the "Service"), operated by Experto Crede, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Rentigo is a property management platform that enables landlords to manage their properties, tenants, leases, rent payments, utility bills, and maintenance requests. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to harm, disrupt, or exploit the Service or other users
- Access unauthorised areas of the Service or other systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.

Certain features of the Service require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Payment Processing
All payments for the Service are processed through external payment operators that Rentigo integrates with, such as PayU and Tpay. Rentigo does not act as a payment institution or payment operator and does not directly handle, store, or process any payment transactions or funds. The payment operators are solely responsible for the secure processing of your payment information in accordance with their own terms of service and privacy policies. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment operator.
8. Subscriptions and Cancellation
The Service offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscriptions are available in the following formats:
Recurring Subscriptions (Monthly or Annual)
These subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period that has already been paid for. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period.
One-Time Purchases
These are single payments for a specific subscription period (e.g., one month or one year). One-time purchases do not renew automatically and no cancellation is required. Your access to premium features will expire at the end of the purchased period, after which you may extend your subscription with another one-time payment or set up a recurring subscription.
9. Complaints and Refunds
We are committed to providing high-quality services and addressing any concerns you may have.
Right of Withdrawal
As the Service provides immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge and agree that by commencing use of the Service, you waive your right of withdrawal under Article 38 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This means that once you have activated your subscription and gained access to premium features, the standard 14-day withdrawal period does not apply.
Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with the Service or believe there has been an error with your account or billing, you may submit a complaint by contacting us at support@rentigo.cloud. Please include your account details and a clear description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 business days and provide a full response within 30 days of receipt.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following circumstances: (a) confirmed billing errors resulting in overcharges; (b) duplicate payments. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the issue occurring. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rentigo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
