Accessing and managing your billing invoices

Rentigo provides invoices for all subscription payments. This guide covers how to access, download, and manage your billing records.

Viewing Invoices

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings → Billing.

Click Invoices

Click Billing History or Invoices.

View List

See all past invoices with dates and amounts.

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:

Downloading Invoices

To download a PDF invoice:

Find Invoice

Locate the invoice in your billing history.

Click Download

Click the Download PDF button.

Save

Save the file to your device.

Download invoices for your records and tax purposes.

Invoice Status

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. We'll retry the payment automatically
  3. Update your payment method if needed
  4. Access continues for a grace period

Update your payment method promptly if a payment fails to avoid service interruption.

Business Information

For proper invoicing, ensure your billing details are correct:

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings → Billing.

Edit Details

Click Edit Billing Details.

Update Info

Enter or update:

  • Business name
  • Address
  • VAT number (if applicable)

Save

Save your changes.

VAT Numbers

For EU businesses:

  • Enter your VAT number in billing settings
  • VAT will be reverse-charged (B2B)
  • Your VAT number appears on invoices

VAT number validation uses the EU VIES system. Ensure your number is correctly registered.

Refunds

In certain cases, refunds may be issued:

  • Service issues we couldn't resolve
  • Duplicate charges
  • Cancellation within refund window

Approved refunds process within 5-10 business days.

  1. Download monthly - Get invoices after each payment
  2. Store securely - Keep copies for tax purposes
  3. Track expenses - Rentigo subscription may be tax deductible

How long are invoices available?

Invoices are kept for the life of your account plus 7 years for legal compliance.

Can I get invoices in a different format?

PDF is the standard format. Contact support if you need special formatting.

Can I add a PO number?

Yes, add a PO number in your billing details to have it included on invoices.

How do I get a receipt?

Invoices serve as receipts. Download the PDF for proof of payment.
