Changing Plans

Upgrading

Upgrading takes effect immediately:

  • Access new features right away
  • Prorated charge for remaining time
  • Future charges at new rate

Downgrading

Downgrading takes effect at the end of your billing period:

  • Keep features until period ends
  • Data preserved (some features disabled)
  • Must be at or below property limit

Data is preserved for 90 days. You can reactivate or export during this time.
