Setting Up Management

Mark as Managed

Edit the property and toggle "This property is managed for another owner".

Enter Owner Details

Provide the property owner's name, email, and contact information.

Configure Fees

Set up the fee structure for this property (see Configuration).

Save

Save the property settings.

Automatic Calculations

Once configured, Rentigo automatically:

  1. Tracks Revenue — Rent collected or booking income
  2. Calculates Fees — Your management fees based on configuration
  3. Deducts Expenses — Maintenance, utilities, and other costs
  4. Calculates Net — Shows the net amount due to the owner
  5. Generates Statements — Monthly or per-booking statements

Dashboard View

The management dashboard shows:

  • Managed Properties — All properties you manage for others
  • Fees Earned — Your earnings this month/period
  • Outstanding Amounts — What's owed to owners
  • Payment Status — Track owner payments
  • Revenue Breakdown — By property or owner

Currency Support

Management fees are calculated in the property's currency:
