Tracking management fees for property owners
Management fees help property managers track their earnings when managing properties for other owners. Rentigo calculates fees automatically based on your configuration, for both long-term rentals and short-term bookings.

Management Fee Features
When managing properties for others:
- Automatic Calculation — Fees calculated based on rent collected or booking revenue
- Multiple Fee Types — Management, leasing, cleaning, finder's fees
- LTR & STR Support — Works with both long-term leases and short-term bookings
- Owner Reporting — Generate detailed statements for property owners

Management fee features are available when you mark a property as "managed for another owner."
Fee Types
Long-Term Rental (LTR) Fees

Setting Up Management
Mark as Managed
Edit the property and toggle "This property is managed for another owner".
Enter Owner Details
Provide the property owner's name, email, and contact information.
Configure Fees
Set up the fee structure for this property (see Configuration).
Save
Save the property settings.
Automatic Calculations
Once configured, Rentigo automatically:
- Tracks Revenue — Rent collected or booking income
- Calculates Fees — Your management fees based on configuration
- Deducts Expenses — Maintenance, utilities, and other costs
- Calculates Net — Shows the net amount due to the owner
- Generates Statements — Monthly or per-booking statements
Dashboard View
The management dashboard shows:
- Managed Properties — All properties you manage for others
- Fees Earned — Your earnings this month/period
- Outstanding Amounts — What's owed to owners
- Payment Status — Track owner payments
- Revenue Breakdown — By property or owner

For each managed property, store:

Currency Support
Management fees are calculated in the property's currency:
