WhatsApp integration requires tenants to have WhatsApp and a valid phone number on file.

Setting Up WhatsApp

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp.

Sending Manual Messages

To send a one-off message:

Go to Tenant

Navigate to the tenant's profile.

Click Message

Click the WhatsApp icon or Send WhatsApp.

Select Template

Choose a message template or compose a custom message.

Review and send the message.

Tenant Opt-In

Tenants must consent to receive WhatsApp messages:

  • Consent is requested when adding their phone number
  • They can opt out anytime
  • Opt-out status is visible on their profile

Only send messages to tenants who have opted in. Unsolicited messages violate WhatsApp's terms.
