Sending notifications via WhatsApp
The WhatsApp integration allows you to send important notifications to tenants via WhatsApp, improving communication and response rates.

WhatsApp integration requires tenants to have WhatsApp and a valid phone number on file.
Setting Up WhatsApp
Go to Integrations
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp.
Connect Account
Click Connect WhatsApp and follow the authorization flow.
Verify Number
Verify your business phone number with WhatsApp.
Configure Templates
Set up message templates for different notification types.

Automatic Notifications
Configure which events trigger WhatsApp messages:

Sending Manual Messages
To send a one-off message:
Go to Tenant
Navigate to the tenant's profile.
Click Message
Click the WhatsApp icon or Send WhatsApp.
Select Template
Choose a message template or compose a custom message.
Send
Review and send the message.
Tenant Opt-In
Tenants must consent to receive WhatsApp messages:
- Consent is requested when adding their phone number
- They can opt out anytime
- Opt-out status is visible on their profile
Only send messages to tenants who have opted in. Unsolicited messages violate WhatsApp's terms.
Delivery Status
Track message delivery:
