IBAN Validation

When entering bank account details:

Type the IBAN in the bank account field.

Rentigo validates the format and checksum.

Bank name and BIC are filled automatically.

Setting Up Matching

Add Your Account

Enter your bank account details in Settings.

Configure Rules

Set up matching rules based on amount, reference, or sender.

Check suggested matches and confirm or adjust.

Managing Multiple Accounts

If you use different accounts for different purposes:

  • Primary account - Main rent collection
  • Deposit account - Security deposits (if required separately)
  • Owner accounts - For distributing to property owners

Go to Settings

Navigate to Settings → Bank Accounts.

Add Account

Click Add Bank Account.

Enter Details

Provide IBAN and label the account's purpose.

Save

Save the account to your list.

Security

Bank account data is protected:

  • Encryption - AES-256 encryption at rest
  • Access Control - Only authorized users see full details
