Rigo helps you with:

  2. Accesses Real Data — Looks up actual rent amounts, dates, and statuses
  3. Respects Permissions — Tenants only get info about their own tenancy
  4. Learns Property Knowledge — Uses the FAQ you've set up for each property
  5. Multilingual — Responds in the language used for the question

Accessing Rigo

Landlord Dashboard

  • Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner
  • Available on all pages
  • Context-aware based on current page

Tenant Portal

  • Tenants see Rigo in their portal
  • Answers are limited to their tenancy information
  • Available 24/7 for common questions

Guest Chat (STR)

  • Guests receive a unique chat link for their booking
  • Can ask questions about the property
  • Uses Property Knowledge you've configured

Setting Up Property Knowledge

For STR properties, configure Property Knowledge so Rigo can answer guest questions:

Navigate to Property

Go to the STR property's detail page.

Click Knowledge

Open the Property Knowledge section.

Add Information

Fill in details for each category:

  • WiFi credentials
  • Check-in/check-out instructions
  • House rules
  • Appliance instructions
  • Local recommendations
  • Emergency contacts

Save your changes. Rigo immediately uses this information.

Rigo: The WiFi network is "ApartmentGuest" and the password is "Welcome2024!". The router is located in the living room if you need to restart it.

Privacy & Security

Rigo respects data boundaries:

Conversations are logged for quality improvement but are not shared with other users. You can request deletion of conversation history.

Limitations

Rigo is helpful but has limitations:

  • Cannot Take Actions — Rigo answers questions but doesn't make changes
  • Knowledge Cutoff — Doesn't know about very recent changes until data syncs
  • Complex Calculations — May struggle with complex financial analysis
  • Legal Advice — Can't provide legal advice, only factual information

Language Support

Rigo understands and responds in:

  • German

Ask in any of these languages, and Rigo responds in kind.

Tips for Best Results

  1. Be Specific — "What's the rent for ul. Floriańska?" works better than "What's the rent?"
  2. Use Names — Mention property addresses or tenant names for clarity
  3. Ask Follow-ups — Rigo remembers the conversation context
  4. Add Property Knowledge — More info means better guest answers
