Managing your rental properties in Rentigo
Properties are the foundation of your Rentigo portfolio. Each property represents a rental unit you manage, whether it's an apartment, house, vacation rental, or commercial space.
Property Features
Each property in Rentigo can track:
- Basic Information — Address, description, rent amount, and currency
- Utilities — Gas, electricity, water, heat, internet, and custom utilities
- Meters — Utility consumption with readings and anomaly detection
- Tenants — Current and historical tenant assignments
- Bookings — Short-term rental guests and reservations
- Leases — Active and past lease agreements
- Deposits — Security deposits with full transaction history
- Equipment — Appliances, systems, and their maintenance records
- Maintenance — Repair requests and their status
- Documents — Uploaded files, contracts, and receipts
- Property Knowledge — Information for the AI assistant to help guests
Property Types
Rentigo supports various property configurations:

And two rental modes:

| Long-Term (LTR) | Traditional tenant leases with monthly rent |

Managed Properties unlock additional features like owner reports and management fee tracking on Pro plans.
Quick Actions
From any property card, you can:
- View Details — See complete property information
- Invite Tenant — Send an invitation to a new tenant (LTR)
- Add Booking — Create a reservation (STR)
- Add Bill — Record a utility bill
- Add Meter Reading — Record consumption
- Edit — Update property settings
Property Dashboard
Each property has a dedicated dashboard showing:
- Current Status — Occupied, vacant, or upcoming bookings
- Financial Summary — Rent collected, unpaid amounts
- Utility Overview — Recent bills and meter readings
- Maintenance Status — Open requests
- Equipment Alerts — Upcoming service or warranty expiration
